Lead & Inspire!

We’re looking for a Marketing Team Lead who is passionate about driving results and nurturing talent. In this role, you'll manage and inspire a talented marketing team while crafting strategies for one of our premium DEKRA clients.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the team by mentoring marketing professionals, delegating responsibilities, and helping them shine in their roles.
• Shape client strategies by taking charge of marketing initiatives—from digital campaigns to branding and meaningful analytics.
• Collaborate across departments by working closely with sales, design, and client teams to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and resonate with the audience.
• Measure success by tracking performance metrics, optimizing return on investment, and reporting on your team’s growth and achievements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and online advertising
• A natural leader who excels at motivating and developing talent, creating a supportive and energetic work environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
